This is an exhibition of the best student work from the last 3 years of the Appalachian State University's Department of Art to present to the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (aka NASAD). This is the accrediting body for the Art Dept., and the design components of the Tech Dept. NASAD develops the educational standards for Art and Design across the nation. Additionally, is as well the organization that gives accredidations to various schools of art and design that in turn helps Graduate schools and employers in art and design place a higher value on degrees from accredited schools such as mine.
